2. Compliance
2.1. Global X-Ray & Testing Corporation will conduct their operations in compliance within
both the spirit and the letter of applicable laws, regulations and standards. Management will commit funds, manpower, and resources if necessary to accomplish this goal.
2.2. Safety, health, and environmental compliance is every employee’s responsibility. The
failure of employees, contract employees, consultants, or contractors to comply with applicable laws and regulations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of contract and/or employment.
3. Performance
Global X-Ray & Testing Corporation believes that safety, health, and environmental goals need not conflict with economic goals.
Compliance with the Company’s safety, health, and environmental guidelines and practices is one area of accountability which will be used in evaluating employee, contract consultant, and contractor performance.
4. Training
All personnel will be made aware of the Company’s commitment to this Safety, Health, and Environmental Guidelines and Practices. To
ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations, Global X-Ray & Testing Corporation will provide training programs based on job requirements and exposure to
hazards. All personnel are required to become involved in safety, health and environmental issues.
